Refund policy

At Luuckk, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide you with detailed and accurate product descriptions. However, if a product does not suit you, discover below our return and refund policy.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for 14 days after the receipt of your order, provided that the product is unused or undamaged.

Send us an email at contact@luuckk.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of your request: exchange, refund, or store credit (please see the details below)
  • A photo or video to illustrate your request

If you are within the return period, we offer you 3 options:

1 – Article Exchange

As every customer has different needs, we offer you two methods for exchanging an item:

Fast Method:

If you are in a hurry and want to receive the new item quickly, follow these steps:

  • Order the desired size or color directly on our website. Your order will be processed and shipped without waiting.
  • Return the initial item to us.
  • As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund of the first item.

Standard Method:

If you prefer a more traditional approach:

  • First, send us back the item you want to exchange.
  • Once received, we will ship the new item of your choice.

2 – Refund

If you prefer a refund, let us know within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you via your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Please note that the refunded amount will be the final price paid (after any discounts). Shipping costs are not refundable. Some returns may incur fees or partial refunds:

  • To be eligible for a full return, your item must be in its original state and packaging and returned within 14 days.
  • Due to inspection, warehousing, and processing costs, some items may incur a 15% restocking fee for returned and refunded items.

3 – Store Credit

Choose speed and simplicity with our store credit. Rather than waiting between 3 to 5 business days for a refund via credit card or PayPal, opt for a store credit.

You will immediately receive a coupon to use on any item in our store. It is the ideal choice for those who wish to continue their shopping experience without delay.

Return Procedure

To ensure efficient processing of your return, carefully follow the steps below:

1 – Return Note

Make sure to include a return note with your package indicating your order number, your name, first name, and the reason for return. This note is essential for us to process your request correctly.

2 – Product Shipment

Package your product and send it to the address that we will communicate to you by email. If the value of your item exceeds 50€, we strongly recommend opting for a delivery service with tracking.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. 

3 – Processing Your Return

After receiving your package, we will process your request according to your choice: exchange, refund, or store credit. Refunds, in particular, may take up to two weeks to be processed. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the authenticity of each return before it is processed by our accounting department.

4 – Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable period:

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Then, contact your bank. Refund transactions may sometimes take 3 to 5 business days before appearing on your statement.
  • If after these checks, the refund still has not appeared on your account, do not hesitate to write to us at contact@luuckk.com for assistance.

Exception

While we accept returned items within 14 days of receipt date, provided that they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, some exceptions apply to return requests:

  • Items damaged by the customer: Any returned product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations after purchase will not be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Missing original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels in place. Any product returned without its original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Sale or promotional items: Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or refund.
