At luuckk, we are committed to providing you with fast, transparent, and efficient delivery service. Below you will find all the details about our shipping methods.

Delivery Countries

We primarily ship to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Germany.

If you wish to have a shipment to another country, please feel free to contact us at contact@luuckk.com. We will be happy to meet your needs and ship to most countries worldwide upon request.

Delivery Times

The total delivery time is divided into preparation times and shipping times.

Preparation Times:

  • For our best-selling products, they will be shipped within 1-2 days.
  • For other products, we generally ship within 2-4 days.

Shipping Times:

  • France : 3 to 5 business days
  • Belgium : 6 to 10 business days
  • Germany : 6 to 10 business days
  • Italy : 6 to 10 business days
  • Spain : 6 to 10 business days
  • Switzerland : 6 to 9 business days

On average, our customers receive their packages in less than a week.

Shipping Costs

Enjoy free shipping for any order over €59.

For orders below this amount, a contribution of €2.95 will be requested for shipping costs.

Shipping Methods

  • France : We primarily use Colissimo, except for larger packages, where we opt for DPD.
  • Belgium : Your orders will arrive via Colis Privé.
  • Switzerland : We trust Swiss Post.
  • Spain : We trust CTT Express.
  • Italy : We trust Poste Italiane.
  • Germany : We trust Deutsche Post.

Package Tracking

Your peace of mind is our priority. As soon as your order is confirmed, we will keep you informed at every step through our email notifications.

Inaccuracy of Information

We can modify the delivery information as long as the package is in our warehouse. However, once the package is taken over by the carrier, no modifications are possible.

Be sure to check your information! Any delivery issue due to an error in the provided data will be the customer's responsibility.

Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for packages returned for reasons such as refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address information. Make sure to provide accurate information to ensure the proper delivery of your order.

Mailbox Theft

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. If the delivery service confirms that the item has been delivered to your address, any loss due to mailbox theft is the customer's responsibility.

If you have concerns about the security of your mailbox or delivery location, we recommend providing an alternative address, such as your workplace or a trusted neighbor's address, to ensure you receive your package safely.

If the mail carrier has correctly delivered the package, but you cannot find it or it appears to have been stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we are not responsible for thefts after delivery, we are here to help you. Together, we will work to find a solution that is both fair and satisfactory.

Legal Notice Shipping

The online sales offers presented on the site are reserved for consumers residing in France or, where applicable, in a member country of the European Union, and for deliveries in these same geographical areas.

Delivery refers to the transfer to the Client of physical possession or control of the Product.

The Operator offers you different delivery or handover methods depending on the nature of the product.

The shipping costs are those specified at the time of order completion and are accepted by validating the order.

The Operator commits, in accordance with the delivery deadline indicated on the Site for each of the Products, to deliver the Products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the order.

Delivery times are announced in business days on the Site at the time of ordering. These times include the preparation and shipping of the order as well as the time expected by the carrier.

The Operator commits to ship the Products in accordance with the times announced on each Product sheet and at the cart level, provided that the payment for the order has not been previously refused.

However, if one or more Products cannot be delivered within the initially announced timeframe, the Operator will send an email informing the Client of the new delivery date.

The Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Client when placing the order. It is therefore the Client's responsibility to ensure that this address is free of errors. The Operator's liability cannot be engaged if the address provided by the Client is incorrect, thus preventing or delaying delivery.

Upon delivery, a receipt may be requested to be signed.

Upon delivery, it is the Client's responsibility to verify that the delivered Products conform to their order and that the package is sealed and undamaged. If this is not the case, the Client must indicate this on the delivery slip. No claims regarding the quantity or condition of the Product will be accepted if the claim has not been made on the delivery slip.
