The Peridot, also known as olivine, is a fine stone of apple green to golden green color, highly valued for its natural luster and vibrant energy. It is formed in volcanic rocks rich in magnesium and is sometimes even found in meteorites!

Used since Antiquity, particularly in Egypt where it was nicknamed "the stone of the sun", the Peridot was believed to protect against evil spirits and attract abundance. It primarily affects the heart chakra and the solar plexus chakra, stimulating vitality, confidence, and emotional balance.

Birthstone of the month of August, the Peridot is an excellent support during times of fatigue, renewal, or questioning. It aids in inner regeneration, promotes optimism, and encourages letting go of the past to make way for light.
