Delivery Countries

We mainly ship to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Germany, United States and United Kingdom's.

If you would like shipping to another country, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@luuckk.com. We will be pleased to meet your needs and ship to most countries worldwide upon request.

Delivery Times

The total delivery time is composed of preparation time and shipping time.

Preparation Time:

  • For our best-selling products, they will be shipped within 1-2 days.
  • For other products, we generally ship within 2-4 days.

Shipping Time:

  • France: 3 to 5 business days
  • Belgium: 6 to 10 business days
  • Germany: 6 to 10 business days
  • Italy: 6 to 10 business days
  • Spain: 6 to 10 business days
  • Switzerland: 6 to 9 business days
  • United States: 6 to 10 business days
  • United Kingdom's: 6 to 10 business days

On average, our customers receive their packages in less than a week.

Shipping Costs

For orders a shipping fee starting at 4.95$ will be charged.

Means of Delivery

  • France: We mainly use Colissimo, except for larger parcels, where we choose DPD.
  • Belgium: Your orders will arrive via Colis Privé.
  • Switzerland: We trust Swiss Post.
  • Spain: We trust CTT Express.
  • Italy: We trust Poste Italiane.
  • Germany: We trust Deutsche Post.

Package Tracking

Your peace of mind is our priority. As soon as your order is confirmed, we will keep you informed at each stage with our email notifications.

Inaccuracy of Information

We can modify the delivery information as long as the package is in our warehouse. However, once the package has been handed over to the carrier, no changes are possible.

Be sure to check your information! Any delivery problems due to an error in the information provided will be at the customer's expense.

Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for packages returned due to reasons such as refusal, non-claim, or incorrect address information. Ensure that you provide accurate information to guarantee the successful delivery of your order.

Mailbox Theft

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. If the delivery service confirms that the item was delivered to your address, any loss due to mailbox theft is the customer's responsibility.

If you have concerns about the security of your mailbox or delivery location, we recommend providing an alternative address, such as your workplace or a trusted neighbor's address, to ensure the safe receipt of your package.

If the postman has correctly distributed the package, but you cannot find it or it appears to have been stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. Although we are not responsible for theft after delivery, we can provide advice on how to proceed.
